  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
  • Custom or personalized items are non-refundable

How to Request a Refund

  3. Receive your return authorization and shipping instructions
  4. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
  5. Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return

Return Shipping

Free shipping applies to your original order only. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@maga-offers.com with photos of the damage. We will provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement at no additional cost, or issue a full refund including original shipping charges.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order. Free shipping applies to all new orders!

Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item, please allow 5-7 business days for inspection and processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
